In this all-round position you have the daily management. You are responsible for guiding the
kitchen and service team. The aim is to provide a constant, efficient and enthusiastic service to
our guests.
**TASKS**:
- You coordinate and control the activities of the kitchen and service team.
- Ensuring the division of tasks and management according to our guidelines.
- Creating a casual atmosphere with a professional and personal approach to the guest.
- Scheduling employees based on busyness.
- Ensuring correct handling of the bills.
- Managing and maintaining the stock.
- Placing and checking orders.
- Dealing with complaints and feedback from guests and using this to improve the service.
- Responsible for the training, supervision and evaluation of the employees.
- Ensuring order and tidiness of the concept and the appearance of employees.

**SCHEDULE**:
- Full-time. The working week can be determined in consultation.
- From October to March AIRcafé is open Saturday & Sunday from 11.00h to 18.00h.
- In the months of April, May, June and September AIRcafé is open from Friday to
Tuesday from 11.00h to 18.00h.
- In the months of July and August, AIRcafé is open 7 days a week from 11.00h to 22.00h.

**OPERATIONEEL VERANTWOORDELIJKE**In deze allround functie heb je de dagelijkse leiding en ben je verantwoordelijk voor het
begeleiden van het keuken
- en serviceteam. Daarbij is het streven om een constante, efficiënte en
enthousiaste service naar onze gasten neer te zetten.
**TAKEN**:
- Je coördineert en controleert de werkzaamheden van het keuken
- en serviceteam.
- Zorgen voor de taakverdeling en aansturing volgens onze richtlijnen.
- Het scheppen van een ongedwongen sfeer met een professionele en persoonlijke
benadering van de gast.
- Het inplannen van de medewerkers op basis van drukte.
- Zorgen voor een correcte afhandeling van de rekeningen.
- Het beheren en bijhouden van de stock en het plaatsen en controleren van de
bestellingen.
- Omgaan met klachten en feedback van gasten en dit gebruiken om de service te
verbeteren.
- Instaan voor de opleiding, begeleiding en de evaluatie van de medewerkers.
- Waken over orde en netheid van de zaak en het voorkomen van de medewerkers.

- Je bent gastvrij, vriendelijk en beschikt over een natuurlijke beleefdheid.
- Je hebt een net en verzorgd voorkomen en bent stipt.
- Je beschikt over de nodige verantwoordelijkheid.
- Je denkt oplossingsgericht en handelt daar ook naar.
- Leergierig, flexibel en een échte teamplayer.
- Enthousiast, gepassioneerd en zin om te groeien.
- Oog voor detail en “hands-on”-mentaliteit.
- Communicatief sterk in het Nederlands en Engels.
**UURROOSTER**:
- Voltijds. De werkweek is in onderling overleg te bepalen.
- Van oktober t/m maart is AIRcafé zaterdag & zondag open van 11.00u tot 18.00u
- In de maanden april, mei, juni en september is AIRcafé open van vrijdag t/m dinsdag van
11.00u tot 18.00u
- In de maanden juli en augustus is AIRcafé 7 dagen per week open van 11.00u tot 22.00u.
