Sabena Engineering & Sabca are part of a unique industrial ecosystem in the Belgian aerospace industry which is owned by Sabena Aerospace (holding company) and by the Société Fédérale de Participations et d’Investissements (SFPI/FPIM), Orizio Group.
**Responsibilities**
- You are responsible for the administrative and technical recruitment needs that arise from the business.
- You will conduct the recruitment process from A to Z in close collaboration all stakeholders.
- You are able to communicate creatively via different recruitment channels (social media, etc.)
- You act as our ambassador at events (job fairs, conferences,... )
- As part of the Orizio group you will sit together regularly with other recruiters to share best practices.
- You keep a close follow up on the defined recruitment KPI’s and help develop them further.
- You help further improve the recruitment process and work on small improvement projects.
**Your Profile**
- You have a first experience in recruiting
- You are fluent in Dutch,English and French
- You are able work autonomously
- You are willing to move between the different sites of the organisation

**Salary**: €3,000.00 - €3,500.00 per month
