**Job description**
**+** Coach consultants in their professional growth, with attention to their strengths, development needs, and ambitions.

**+**Design and monitor individual learning & development plans that align with both personal goals and business objectives.

**+**Develop and implement a progression framework that provides clear insights into growth opportunities within the organization.

**+**Act as a trusted advisor and sounding board for colleagues in areas of development, motivation, and well-being.

**+**Identify learning needs across the team and proactively suggest relevant training or development opportunities.

**+**Work closely with the HR Manager to foster a culture of learning, feedback, and continuous improvement.

**+**Support the onboarding process for new colleagues, with a focus on smooth integration and long-term development.

**+**Contribute to projects related to employee satisfaction, internal mobility, and retention.

**Profile**
**+**You hold a Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field (a Master’s degree is a plus);
**+** You have a strong interest in people development, coaching, and continuous learning;
**+** Experience in learning & development, talent management, or progression planning is a clear advantage;
**+** You have a solid understanding of Belgian social legislation and HR best practices;
**+** You’re skilled in structuring and following up on individual growth paths;
**+** You work accurately and are comfortable handling data and development tools;
**+** You’re proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
**+** You speak fluent Dutch and have a good command of English;
**+** You bring a positive mindset, work independently, and collaborate easily with others;
**+** You handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
