**Jobomschrijving**:
**Wat doe je precies als Customer Service Medewerker?**
- Je zorgt voor correcte opvolging van retourzendingen, creditnota’s en facturen.
- Je bewaakt het volledige ordertraject tot bij de klant.
- Je regelt transport en levering in overleg met logistieke partners.
- Je ondersteunt klanten via de helpdesk bij het gebruik van voorraad
- en bestelsystemen.
- Je werkt nauw samen met de vertegenwoordigers en andere interne collega’s.

**Jouw profiel**:
**Jouw profiel als ideale Customer Care Specialist**:

- Je hebt minstens 4 à 5 jaar ervaring in een gelijkaardige rol als **customer support medewerker**.
- Ervaring in de dentale of medische sector is mooi meegenomen, maar geen must.
- Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands én het Frans.
- Je blijft kalm onder druk en schakelt vlot tussen taken.
- Je denkt oplossingsgericht en blijft professioneel in elk contact.
- Je bent klantgericht en assertief, zonder het menselijke uit het oog te verliezen.
- Je houdt van samenwerken en draagt bij aan een positieve teamdynamiek.
- Je werkt vlot met MS Office; kennis van SAP is een pluspunt.
