Overview:
Kemin is searching a **Supply Chain Manager** for our EMENA operations. The Supply Chain Manager will drive strategic initiatives across logistics, warehousing, and customer service. This role is pivotal in aligning supply chain performance with business growth, ensuring operational excellence, and leading a high-performing team across the EMENA Region.

**This position is based in Herentals (Belgium).**

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and optimize end-to-end supply chain operations across EMENA, including import/export, warehousing, and logistics.
- Drive strategic supply and demand planning to support sales growth and customer satisfaction.
- Manage the logistics budget and lead performance improvement initiatives.
- Inspire and develop a diverse team of logistics, warehousing, and customer service professionals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement innovative solutions and digital transformation projects.
- Champion safety, compliance, and continuous improvement across all supply chain functions.

Qualifications:

- A seasoned supply chain leader with 7+ years of experience in complex logistics environments.
- Fluent in Dutch and English, with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and a passion for operational excellence.
- Proven ability to lead teams, manage change, and deliver results in a dynamic environment.
- Adept at inventory management, import/export regulations, and financial oversight.
- Curious, resilient, and driven to make a lasting impact.
