**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy that aligns with the company's goals and targets new revenue streams
- Identify and prioritize target customers, market segments, and geographies based on market research and data analysis
- Work closely with the sales and product teams to develop customer personas, messaging, and product positioning that resonate with the target market
- Monitor and analyze key metrics, including conversion rates, engagement, retention, and lifetime value, to measure the effectiveness of growth initiatives and identify opportunities to optimize performance
- Build and manage a high-performing growth team, including hiring, training, and mentoring team members
- Establish and maintain relationships with key industry influencers, partners, and thought leaders
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred
- At least 7 years of experience in growth marketing or a related field, preferably in the automotive or technology industry
- Proven track record of driving customer acquisition and revenue growth through innovative marketing strategies
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to inform decision-making
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams and functions
- Experience building and managing a high-performing growth team
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and technologies
- Passion for innovation and continuous improvement
