Om nog beter te kunnen inspelen op de behoeften van onze klanten en een optimale service te kunnen bieden, breiden wij ons team in Hasselt uit met een **Ambassador**.

Als **Ambassador** ben jij het visitekaartje van onze showroom. Je onthaalt de klanten en stapt pro-actief op hen af voor een eerste gesprek. Door oprecht naar hen te luisteren en de juiste vragen te stellen, kan je in grote lijnen de behoeften van de klant bepalen. Deze informatie brief je door aan je collega’s van het sales team zodat zij de klant gepast verder kunnen helpen.

Dankzij jou ziet de showroom er steeds piekfijn uit. Je controleert of alle wagens voorzien zijn van correcte info zoals het type en de prijs, alsook zorg je ervoor dat de wachthoek steeds in orde is.

Je werkt nauw samen met de Sales Advisors en rapporteert aan de Sales Manager.

Jij bent de kandidaat die elke dag opnieuw naar een uiterste klantentevredenheid streeft. Jouw enthousiasme draagt bij tot de teamspirit.

Je bent administratief en communicatief sterk onderlegd en hebt oog voor detail. In drukke periodes weet jij het overzicht te behouden met jouw multitask-skills.

Je neemt zelf makkelijk intiatief en bent leergierig.

Je past volledig binnen onze PRO waarden en toont elke dag “passie voor klanten en auto’s”, Respect voor klanten en collega’s” en “Ondernemerschap” door het tonen van je engagement.

Je werkt voltijds van maandag tem vrijdag. Tijdens exceptionele evenementen ben je ook bereid te werken op zaterdag en/of zondag.
