Reward Administrator

**Functie**:
We are looking for a **Reward Administrator** for our client in Zaventem.

You will be part of an enthusiastic team helping companies with their Flexible Reward & Mobility plans.

You will provide the following services:

- Assistance with the configuration of the Flex Reward Tool
- Support the team with implementation of new clients
- Assist the teams and the client with the processing and reporting of data (via excel or other tools)
- Act as a helpdesk for clients and manage the support mailbox
- Follow-up with all stakeholders (third party providers, IT team, )

**Profiel**:

- You hold a Bachelor’s
- You speak Dutch and are fluent in English.
- You are willing to learn new software.

- You're communicative and self-managing.
- You work precisely and meticulously.
