**Responsabilités |**
- Organiser et assurer le suivi des demandes et des prestations de services, avec un focus particulier sur l’établissement des plans budgétaires, la bonne livraison des services, la satisfaction du bénéficiaire et la maitrise des couts facturables relatifs aux prestations et aux réalisations pour ceux-ci.
- Améliorer en continu la maturité des processus de gestion IT en incluant les parties prenantes
- Valider l’ensemble des modifications du portefeuille des services de l’entreprise
- Assurer le suivi et la qualité des services rendus aux bénéficiaires internes et externes
- Comprendre les besoins des bénéficiaires et être à même de les traduire en besoins clairs ainsi que d’estimer correctement les coûts de réalisations et des prestations
- Être garant de la communication et de la relation avec les bénéficiaires

**Casting |**

Les compétences clés pour le rôle sont:

- « Orientation service » : expérience prouvée en coordination technique, multi-intervenants, basée sur la méthodologie « ITIL »
- Maîtrise des outils habituellement utilisés pour la gestion des activités : outil de « ticketing » (Jira, BMC Remedy, ServiceNow, HP Service Manager, etc.)
- « Problem Solver » : capacité de description, d’analyse et de résolution des problèmes de nature technique et/ou procédurales qui traversent l’infrastructure et au sein organisations concernées
- Une expérience en coordination technique basée sur la méthodologie ITIL
- Certification ITIL
- Utilisation des outils de reporting
- Vous êtes rigoureux, méticuleux dans le suivi des activités et autonome
- Vous communiquez aisément et vous vous adaptez à votre public
