**At the Tubize (40%) and Herstal/Loncin (60%) sites**

In **Tubize**, you will join more than 250 colleagues recognized by domestic and international partners for expertise on products such as **Radio Frequency** (RF) Products, **C4ISR**, **Crypto Global** **Solution**, **MACS** (Aeronautical Intercom) and many others.

**Your mission**

Under the supervision of the Chief Accountant and in collaboration with another accountant, you will play a key role in the oversight, analysis, and review of accounting processes. Operational tasks are handled by our Shared Service Center, allowing this position to focus on more supervisory and value-added responsibilities, including:

- Monitoring of subsidies: preparation and follow-up of subsidy claims to public authorities, including the recording and reconciliation of related accounting entries;
- Support during monthly closing accrual, statutory audits, annual tax filings, and annual accounts;
- Analysis, justification, and reconciliation of customer, supplier, and accrual accounts;
- Contribution to the optimization and streamlining of the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process in coordination with relevant teams;
- Involvement in the continuous improvement of accounting processes and the maintenance of internal controls.

**We are looking forward to**
- ** Education**: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- ** Experience**: Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in accounting. Experience in multinational environment is an asset;
- ** Technical skills**:

- Strong knowledge of Belgian GAAP/Taxation and familiarity with IFRS is a plus;
- Proficiency in Excel and good command of ERP systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle, etc.);
- ** Communication**: Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal, in French and English;
- ** Analytical mindset**: Ability to analyze financial data, reconcile complex accounts, and identify process improvements;
