Luminus' growth strategy aims to increase the renewable portfolio to 1500 MW by 2030. This will depend on the operation of new assets as well as the long-term operation of existing assets (many of which will soon reach their second decade). This makes the portfolio and its operation more complex over time.

In this context, as the Asset Manager you will manage a portfolio of assets (about 50 in total), which you monitor mainly during their operational phase, with the goal of meeting the targets defined in the Asset Management Policy and detailed in the Strategic Asset Management Plan (SAMP), throughout the asset life cycle.

Your main role is to ensure that all the processes described in the SAMP are completed satisfactorily and timely, both in terms of quantity and quality.

**Your daily job**
- Communication and Stakeholder Management

You have full accountability for the assets under your care.
You are the primary contact for customers, partners, authorities, and subcontractors, ensuring effective communication and regular meetings.
You handle technical clarifications, negotiate wind farm availability, and prepare for meetings with O&M providers.
Staying connected with the field, you update the Regional Senior Asset Manager on challenges and consult the Asset Management interactions table to define your role with the Production department.
- Asset Monitoring and Maintenance

You conduct on-site machine inspections, monitor issues, interview subcontractors, and ensure fleet monitoring.
You maintain accurate asset data, ensure subcontractors' compliance, and oversee preventive maintenance.
Addressing issues from maintenance reports, you seek expert support when needed.
You manage machine stoppages, evaluate fleet performance, and provide regular updates on your assets.
- Legal and Environmental Compliance

You ensure legal and environmental compliance, you make the equipment meets the regulations and that inspections are monitored.
You keep track of the Green Certificates and the electricity generation and you collaborate with teams to ensure accurate park income.
- Financial Management and Documentation

You manage power purchase agreements, invoice industrial customers, and ensure compliance with policies and HSE rules.
Using SAP for communication, you oversee the transition of assets under construction.
You maintain proper communication with Construction and Development departments, complete documentation, update asset registers and clear field reservations.

Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE)
You ensure compliance with policies, processes, procedures, and HSE rules for your team and partners. Respond to safety alerts, address complaints, and write incident reports.

**Your Profile**
- You hold a university degree or equivalent with a technical or strong industrial background
- You have an affinity for technical and economic issues and are convinced of the benefits of renewable energies.
- You have experience in asset management, ideally in wind energy.
- You are willing to travel to wind farm sites occasionally.
- You possess very good knowledge of MS Office.
- You are familiar with SAP.
- You have a thorough knowledge of French or Dutch and professional knowledge of English.
- You plan, prioritize, and focus on solutions, turning guidelines into measurable goals and clear projects.
- You assist both internal and external customers, prioritizing their needs and maintaining positive communication.
- You build trustful relationships, contribute to company outcomes, and respect others' ideas and company strategy.
- You make decisions based on available information, implement necessary actions, and seek support when needed.
- You innovate when necessary, proposing new ideas to overcome challenges and discussing them with the Regional Senior Asset Manager.
