**Discover the role**

The HR & Payroll Associate will be part of a growing payroll department, providing payroll services to a diverse range of international clients. The HR & Payroll Associate will be supported by a more senior member of the team - the HR & Payroll Supervisor, will have a solid understanding of payroll legislation and will be able to process payrolls from start to finish.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Processing day-to-day payroll for more complex clients;
- Affiliation for international clients
- Daily communication with international clients
- Processing payroll based on input received
- Providing required output documents
- Assistance on local legislation
- Processing joiners and leavers;
- Responsible for the Dimona declaration for joiners
- Calculation of settlements for leavers
- Responsible for declarations (DMFA, Belcotax) towards authorities for your own clients
- Establishing a good relationship with your clients based on trust;
- Developing your knowledge on HR and payroll topics;
- Client meetings and conference calls;
- Act as a team-player
- Train and monitor more junior members of the team (HR & Payroll Consultants)
- Being a proactive member of the team regarding optimization of the service and deliveries
- Follow-up of our internal procedures concerning ISAE (international certification)

**Key Requirements**
- Holder of a Bachelor's or Master's degree
- A qualification in personnel administration or a first experience as a payroll administrator is required (at least 2 years)
- Exposure to expat/international payrolls is an asset
- You are very communicative
- You have an analytical mind
- You are stress resilient
- Expertise in all MS Office packages (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook).
- Fluent in both written and spoken English and Dutch or French
