**Company Description**:
As a Senior Sales Representative B2B, you will be at the forefront of driving innovation in a traditional market. Your primary responsibility will be to identify and seize new business opportunities, manage existing accounts, and exceed sales targets by promoting our cutting-edge solutions. You will take ownership of revenue generation, build strategies together with the sales team, manage the pipeline, and close enterprise-level deals. In addition to end-customers, your focus will also be on expanding our partner/reseller network. This role demands a strategic thinker with a proven track record in B2B sales, a passion for innovation, and excellent communication skills.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to introduce innovative solutions in a traditional market.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and strategic outreach.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Present and demonstrate our innovative products and services to potential clients, emphasizing their unique value propositions.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns that highlight our innovative solutions.
- Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and updates to senior management.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors’ activities to ensure our solutions remain at the forefront of innovation.

**Qualifications**:

- Required certifications to be a Sales Representative with experience in B2B Sales and a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Confidence in selling our unique software and sharing our company’s vision with new high-end customers, primarily located in Belgium, the Netherlands, and Germany.
- A passion for innovation and a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing sales opportunities.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. Fluency in Dutch and English is required.
- A commercial mindset, ability to work independently, and resilience to deadlines.
- Motivation, creativity, and an out-of-the-box thinker with a good sense of humor.
- Licensed driver.
