**Role: Business Analist senior**

**Location: Melle, Belgium**

**Description**

Dataroom within the Data Management department takes responsibility for developing the organization, drawing up policies, streamlining document and content management processes with the aim of making them clear, accessible and easy to find within our organization.

In order to make a fresh start, we are looking for a business analyst with the following assignment:

- Analysis of the existing landscape, including inventorying and evaluating the current software and systems used

, assessing existing policies and agreements and

mapping the organizational structure and processes
- Ensuring the daily management and maintenance of the current document management systems
- Identifying the needs and wishes of various departments and users within the organization - Formulating proposals based on experience in other companies
- Transfer

**Context**

Demonstrable experience as a business analyst - senior 5 yearsDemonstrable experience withdevelopment and optimization of business processes (BPM)Demonstrable experience with Stakeholder management

Language requirement: Dutch at European CEFR level C2.
- Master or equivalent through experience
- Relevant experience in analyzing and organizing document management
- Based on his/her expertise, this person must be able to fully participate in the existing team within a few weeks, self-organization & great learning ability are essential qualities
- You have strong critical and analytical thinking skills and you can work independently
- You work in a structured and documented manner
- You are communicative and an initiator
- You are flexible and function well in a changing environment
- You are a real team player
- You are immediately available
- You speak, write and understand Dutch fluently
- You know the technical BI terms in English

**Skills**

Demonstrable experience in analyzing and organizing document management

Experience in supporting information architecture

Experience in conducting content audits

Experience in structuring and executing acceptance tests

Technical Application Knowledge: Atlassian Jira: Task Management

Demonstrable experience as a business analyst

Demonstrable experience in business process development and optimization (BPM)

Demonstrable experience in business process development and optimization (BPM)

Language requirement: Dutch at European CEFR level C2.

Technical knowledge of Microsoft Excel: reporting via Power Query and pivot tables

Technical knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint: views and metadata

Technical knowledge of Microsoft Word: using macros

Demonstrable experience with content management
