**YOUR ROLE**

The **BI Analyst** is responsible for collecting, cleaning, and analyzing data to create actionable insights and data products that drive business decisions. This role involves leveraging tools using PySpark to develop, clean, and process large datasets while also designing reports, dashboards, and analytical models to support strategic and operational objectives.

**Support the Business with Data-Driven Insights**
- Own and improve existing reports and tools to ensure stakeholders always have **reliable, actionable data.**:

- Help teams **make data-driven decisions** by transforming complex information into meaningful insights.

**Define & Monitor Business KPIs**
- Translate business strategies into **impactful and measurable KPIs.**:

- Continuously **monitor** and **optimize** key performance indicators to ensure alignment with business goals.
- ** Analyze** customer behavior to identify trends and drive improvements in customer experience.

**Data Engineering & Analytics**
- Design, build, and maintain **scalable data pipelines** using **PySpark, PostgreSQL, S3, Redshift**, **and other cloud-based solutions.**:

- Ensure high standards of **data accuracy, consistency, and security.**:

- Implement** AI-powered analytics** to enhance business intelligence capabilities.
- Lead the development of **interactive dashboards and insightful reports** using Power BI (or equivalent tools).
- Strong skills in **Power BI** and **DAX** for building dynamic, interactive reports and optimizing data models.

**Drive a Next-Level Data Culture**
- Advocate for **modern BI methodologies** (Data Mesh, Dimensional Modeling).
- Collaborate with engineering and business teams to push the boundaries of **data automation and innovation.**:

- Ensure that analytics tools are always in a **state-of-the-art** condition, evolving with the latest industry trends.

**YOUR PROFILE**
- ** Bachelor’s or Master’s degree** in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, Business, or a related field
- ** 2-5 years of experience** in a similar role with expertise in BI Tools (Power BI or equivalent), Python, and SQL
- Strong understanding of **BI methodologies** (Kimball, Data Mesh, Dimensional Modeling)
- Experience with **AWS, PySpark, and cloud solutions** is a strong plus
- Fluent **English proficiency, French** is a plus
- A **collaborative mindset** with excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- ** Passion for innovation and automation** in BI & Big Data projects
- Knowledge of the **gaming sector** is a plus
