**Your new role**
- Administering, installing, and troubleshooting various operating systems.
- Performing system maintenance tasks to ensure optimal performance.
- Scheduling, installing, and testing system software upgrades.
- Configuring software and resolving technical problems.
- Monitoring and maintaining software licencing and maintenance agreements.
- Contributing to moderately complex aspects of projects.
- Utilising best practices and knowledge to improve products or services.
**Your profile**
- Hold a bachelor's degree or have 2 to 3 years of relevant experience.
- Are independent and collaborative team players.
- Have experience in an ITIL-based ticketing system and customer-facing support.
- Possess excellent communication skills.
- Demonstrate strong troubleshooting abilities and an eagerness to learn new technologies.
- Are fluent in English.
