Junior Marketeer

Location: BEL - Brussels, La Plaine

About the role

The Primary Care marketeer will work in close collaboration with the different Coubtry Brand Leads (CBLs) to co-develop and co-implement omnichannel plans. He/she will work be an active member of the XFT (crossfunctional team) and will support new creative and innovative ways of interacting with our stakeholders while keeping patient centricity at the core of all activities.

Main responsibilities- Develop, implement and follow-up of promotional material in collaboration with CBLs- Develop and implement digital activities alongside the different brand with the support of the omni-channel marketeers.- Think on new creative and innovative ways of interacting with our customers/patients/consumers while keeping patient centricity at the core of all activities.- Active monitoring results of campaigns- Accountable expenses related to his/her projects.- Ensure high standards of Compliance to norms, policies, and procedures

About you- Bachelor or master in Management specialized in Marketing or similar by experience- Min 1 year experience in marketing- Structured and organized and data-driven thinking- Strong analytical and project management skills- Result oriented: Flexible and dynamic with a “get things done” approach- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and thrive in a deadline driven environment.- Fluent spoken French and Dutch. Good knowledge of English (written and spoken)- Team player with the ability to work independent.
