Nous recherchons un(e) assitant(e) marketing en contrat CDI pour Zaventem.

Rattaché/e à la Responsable Marketing France, tu seras le garant de la stratégie marketing au

Benelux. Tu accompagneras le lancement de l’offre auprès de toute la force commerciale et de nos

partenaires dans une logique d’amélioration continue. Tu participes aux actions de développement

des offres et à la centralisation de l’information.

Positionnement et définition des offres produits et services:

- Analyser les besoins et solutions proposées (veille technologique permanente) au Benelux
- Aider à l’élaboration des supports en néerlandais pour l’équipe du Benelux

Organisation du lancement des offres produits et services:

- Garantir les plannings
- Faire la promotion des produits et solutions commercialisées en interne : créer les outils d’aide à la vente
- Assurer un support auprès de la force commerciale et des partenaires, une aisance à l’oral est donc nécessaire

Suivi et amélioration continue des offres produits et services:

- Mettre à jour et enrichir les outils d’aide à la vente (fiches produits, présentations, argumentaires devente, contrats )

Centralisation et automatisation des process:

- Mise à jour et automatisation des contrats, devis, CGV, et start packs à destination des agences
- Traitement et organisation des demandes des partenaires

Jeune diplômé et / ou en quête d’une première expérience professionnelle enrichissante, tu es curieux

et adores les nouvelles technologies.

Doté d’excellentes capacités d’analyse et de synthèse, tu sais

aller à l’essentiel.

Tu es force de propositions. Réactif et flexible, tu aimes le travail en équipe.

De nature enthousiaste et avenante, tes qualités essentielles pour cette fonction sont:

- L’esprit d’équipe, l’organisation, la rigueur, la curiosité, des qualités rédactionnelles et un très bon relationnel.
- La maîtrise des outils de présentation (PowerPoint) et de gestion des coûts (Excel)
- Bilingue Français/Néerlandais
