**Position Details**:

- **Location**: Antwerp, Belgium (On-site required, 3 days per week)
- **Employment Type**: Full-time
- **Experience**: Minimum 3 years in Unity development

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and optimize gameplay systems using Unity and C#.
- Implement and refine game mechanics, AI behavior, and interactive elements.
- Work closely with designers and artists to ensure a seamless player experience.
- Maintain code quality, organization, and performance optimization.
- Debug and troubleshoot technical issues in the game.
- Collaborate with the team to bring innovative game ideas to life.

**Requirements**:

- **Excellent knowledge of C# and Unity.**:

- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in Unity game development.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Creative thinker with a passion for game development.
- Ability to work at our Antwerp office **three days per week.**:

- Good communication skills in English (Dutch is a plus but not required).

**Bonus Skills**:

- **Experience with C++** (not required but a plus).
- **Multiplayer programming experience** (using Photon, Mirror, or other networking solutions).
- **Shipped a horror game** or worked on one professionally.
- Experience with AI programming and procedural content generation.
- Knowledge of game optimization techniques and memory management.
