Syensqo is all about chemistry. We’re not just referring to chemical reactions here, but also to the magic that occurs when the brightest minds get to work together. This is where our true strength lies. In you. In your future colleagues and in all your differences. And of course, in your ideas to improve lives while preserving our planet’s beauty for the generations to come.
We’ll count on you to:
- Review, verify, and organize SN test data for various materials.
- Improve Fatigue simulation Workflow in Digimat.
- Enhance and optimize existing Python scripts for parameter calibration using test data.
- Investigate the impact of weld lines on fatigue performance (with Knock down factor or co-simulation).
- Explore alternative methods to reduce mesh sensitivity (e.g., energy normalization)
- Present your findings to key stakeholders in our simulation and testing departments. You can count on us to:
- The chance to deepen your knowledge in polymer processing and modeling.
- Hands-on experience with actual automotive customer parts of key OEMs, with insights into E-vehicle components.
- A supportive environment for your professional growth within a dynamic, multicultural team. You will bring:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering (mechanical or materials science).
- Interested in material modeling and simulation tools (such as FEA).
- Good technical and analytical skills, and enjoy communicating and networking.
- Basic programming knowledge (preferably Python).
- Fluent in English. You’ll get:
- Monthly allowance according to the Syensqo bar.
- Food allowance.
- Teleworking a few days a week.
