**About the job**:

- As a planner, you are an important link in the delivery process of extensions and modifications to networks. Your main task will be to prepare projects on the basis of a design, but also to ensure the delivery of projects. The preparation includes determining the start and end point of the project, drawing up the planning, calculations and work description of the project for the required capacity for labour, equipment, subcontracting, materials and activities to be carried out.**Some of your tasks**:

- Collecting, checking and evaluating technical information and translating it into a correct and clear work description and work documents;
- Obtaining consent decrees including proactively approaching the licensing authorities;
- Coordinating the planning during the work preparation phase (by telephone) with authorities, customers, builders and developers;
- Provides insight into risks, points of attention and peculiarities and examines the consequences for the implementation process;
- Prepare project calculation in which labour and material are allocated and the project budget is calculated;
- You make an inventory of the work required by third parties and draw up an order based on units and quantities (not an order, that is done by the project leader);
- Reserving materials at the project by means of materials issue forms;
- Study the order value and prepare offers if applicable;
- Request RFCs according to the procedure(s) defined by the network operator;
- KLIC notification and/or MOOR notification on behalf of the executing party/parties;
- Supporting (external) colleagues with questions/progress in the projects as well as customers and authorities with regard to registering and recording our work.
- Collecting and assessing the revision data as prepared by the executing party/parties and offering the revision data for processing;
- Checking the actual material consumption; assembly and subcontracting, and passing this on to the warehouse manager for the material administration;
- Working out a post calculation (for the PxQ weighting) in which labour, hours and material consumption (per product) are calculated;
- Drafting the necessary delivery documents and providing for the archiving of completed projects;
- Participation in Toolboxes;
- Implementing VGKIM policy.
