Our solutions incorporate advanced **mechanical**and **laser**technologies, along with design and management **software**. These software solutions are a strategic component of our offering, in which we invest to strengthen our leadership.

Commercially established in Belgium for around fifty years, we are currently seeking our future **Sales Representative (M/F)** to replace a retiring team member

**Your Missions**:
As the person responsible for **developing commercial activity in Belgium**, you will autonomously grow the sales of Gravotech solutions throughout the territory.

Our engraving machines, both laser and mechanical, along with our range of consumables, meet the needs of a **diverse range of clients and prospects**: multi-service craftsmen, public administrations, the electrical sector, funeral services, retail, professional engravers (corporate gifts, industry, signage), industrial companies, and more.

The majority of our business comes from our **existing customer base** (80%). While your activities will primarily focus on **direct sales**, you will occasionally support our partner network with indirect sales.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Promote, monitor, and grow **direct**and **indirect sales**:

- Participate in and/or define **budgets**for the geographical areas under your responsibility
- Actively contribute to commercial and marketing **action plans** for product ranges in your area (trade shows, roadshows, teleprospecting, field prospecting, lead follow-up, etc.)
- Organize and report your **activities**(CRM) and market developments
- Maintain **knowledge**of market trends, technologies, and products
- Monitor customer **account**status
- Attend international **trade shows**

**Your Profile**:
**Prerequisites**:

- Significant experience with a manufacturer in selling **technical B2B solutions**:

- **Business development**, prospecting, adaptability, high-volume sales, autonomy
- Strong **knowledge**of the Belgian territory
- Fluency in **French**and **Dutch**(Flemish)

**Possible Scenarios**:

- Experience in industries such as packaging, **printing**, signage, visual communication, graphic design, or POS advertising
- Technical background in **mechanical-electronics**or experience in selling machines
