Join us and accelerate your career _ **Your challenge**: **Recruitment strategy** - Collaborate with our Head of Talent & Culture & Talent Partner to keep our hiring plans aligned with the business needs - Collaborate with our hiring managers to set out the right requirements to match our current team continuously - Full ownership of the recruitment cycle for our technical profiles: work out and design the hiring process that fits the role & person we are looking for **Sourcing** - Know where to find the exceptional tech talent that will accelerate ML6 - Own the recruitment cycle of our different technical positions across the different countries (BE/NL/DE) - Drive the selection process from resume screening to interviewing and offering - Master our ATS system **Young graduates** - Are involved in the hiring of technical interns & young graduates - Organise and attend the collaboration with universities & associations that fit our talent pools - Follow-up directly with the participants after the events you attend **Employer branding** - Work closely together with our Talent Partner to suggest and create an employer brand focused on techies that matches our organisation **Why you?**: - You have a master’s degree preferable in an HR related field - You have 2+ years of experience in recruiting (preferably)with technical profiles - You view recruitment from the bigger picture, and know what different elements are needed to reach and attract the right technical audience - You love to talk ‘tech’ and initiate different events to inspire the right audience - You also have a bigger interest in HR in general - You get what drives and motivates people - You are communicative, both in English as in Dutch (German is a plus) - You are proactive and hands on - You are flexible, curious and willing to embrace change for the better - _You are ready to accelerate your career and join this dynamic team_ **Why ML6?**: We offer: - A** fast growing & international environment **where we actively work on building a culture that believes in_ passion for technology, excellence in delivery, doing rather than talking, bringing out the best in others, taking ownership & doing good_ - **Growth**: we are excited to hear about your ideas, passion & interests, and look forward to accelerate your career together - **Knowledge building & sharing**: every quarter we organise a chapter conference where we share our knowledge & get inspired.
