Junior Controller

Junior Controller analyses business and financial operations of the PolyPeptide SA for the financial performance. Junior Controller prepares financial analysis, contributes to the financial planning processes (budget & forecast) and assists financially organization in overall business operations. The key focus areas are profit & loss and asset accounts.

**Your responsibilities will be**

Contribute to the financial planning process and participate to the budget and forecasts preparation in the area of responsibilities. Analyse the deviations and make proposals for corrective actions. More specifically support OPEX planning and analysis for functional departments (cost, headcount, time recording)

Participate to the month end and year-end closing and reporting in the respective areas. Work closely with other finance team members and ensure complete, accurate and timely submission.

Participate to the preparation of monthly performance analysis (reporting, comments, KPI) for relevant stakeholders. Monitor, identify and communicate about the business performance issues.

Help operational team to understand the link between the financial information and their activities.

Prepare ad hoc analysis and advice operational management.

Support actively financial audits.

Assist Business Controller in financial exercises and projects.

Enhance finance skills in the organization

**What we expect from you is**
- 0-3 years controlling experience - Suitable position for a young graduate

**You have**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Accounting,...
- knowledge of management accounting and accounting principles
- Self-starter, curious, critical thinking.
- IT skills
- Good communication skills, pragmatic and well organized
- Fluent in French and in English
