Diagnostics Services Project Leader
**Votre mission**
Au sein de l’équipe Diagnostics Services, vous serez responsable de la gestion de projets clients, de l’étude de faisabilité technique et commerciale jusqu’au suivi satisfaction. Vos tâches principales seront:
Identification des besoins techniques des clients
Etablissement des coûts et prix des projets
Rédaction des données de projets pour transfert aux équipes de production
Validation des résultats et suivi satisfaction client
Déplacements ponctuels en Europe (visites clients en binôme avec le commercial local, ou congrès)
Traçabilité et documentation des projets
**Votre profil**
Master ou PhD, idéalement en biologie moléculaire
Expertise technique en RTqPCR (design, interprétation, optimisation)
Anglais courant indispensable, néerlandais ou allemand est un plus
**Vos aptitudes**
Orientation client et capacité à établir des relations clientèle de long terme
Organisé, rigoureux, autonome et flexible
Facilité de négociation
Capacité à avoir une vue d’ensemble
Esprit d’équipe
