Voor een klant actief in de verzekeringssector, zijn we op zoek naar een Senior Administrator in het team dat verantwoordelijk is voor het broker portal.
**Beschrijving**
- U beheert de levenscyclus door de administratie van de onboarding van brokers te verzorgen (openen van hun rekening, controleren van bedrijfsgegevens, bijwerken van de database, controleren van de naleving van de FSMA);
- Je behandelt ook de activiteiten tijdens de levensloop van de brokers, bijvoorbeeld de overdracht van hun portefeuille naar een andere broker;
- Je coördineert de activiteiten voor de andere collega's: je bent in staat om werk te identificeren en te prioriteren op basis van het serviceniveau.
- Je ondersteunt het distributienetwerk via telefoon en e mail;
- Je voert ongeveer 30 gesprekken per dag, waarvan 70% in het Nederlands;
- De belangrijkste thema's van deze calls zijn applicatieondersteuning (inloggen, hoe te gebruiken) en waar informatie te vinden is op het extranetportaal dat de makelaars gebruiken.
**Profile**
- Je hebt minstens 3 jaar relevante ervaring;
- idealiter heb je een eerdere verzekering ervaring aan de kant van de makelaar;
- Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en Frans;
- Je kent Salesforce, MS Office 365 en Sharepoint - Gevorderde excel vaardigheden zijn een must;
- Je hebt een 'can do' attitude;
- Je weet hoe je om IT hindernissen heen moet werken;
- Je brengt een positieve houding mee in een veranderende omgeving;
- Je kan omgaan met repetitieve vragen van makelaars.
