- Drive Data-Backed Decisions: Partner with product, marketing, sales, and customer success teams to identify key business questions and provide actionable insights.
- Product & Customer Analytics: Analyze user behavior and product engagement metrics (activation, retention, churn, expansion) to help shape product strategy and improve user experience.
- Report and Dashboard Development: Create and refine reports and dashboards that while remaining user-friendly, aiding the business in making informed decisions. Work in collaboration with stakeholders throughout the company to fully understand their requirements.
- Data Delivery: Link and integrate various data sources, such as sales, marketing, product, and finance data, to extract and present new insights. Ensure all reported metrics come from a single source of truth.
- Data Landscape Development: Oversee the evolution of our data landscape by mapping data processes and keeping guides up-to-date, ensuring all team members can navigate our evolving data environment efficiently.
- Initiative in Systems and Technology Implementation: Take a proactive role in implementing new systems and technologies, ensuring our data strategies remain cutting-edge and align with organizational goals.

**What we are looking for**

For this position, we're looking for someone who isn't afraid to dive deep into data, turning those numbers into actionable insights and identifying trends and anomalies to help us reach our business objectives
- Minimum of 3 years relevant experience
- The desire to work on Data and/or Business Analytics.
- Analytically strong, this is evident from your experiences.
- Experience with complex information systems and reporting environments.
- Knowledge of, and experience with, transforming and analyzing data (e.g. in data warehouses with SQL).
- Knowledge of and experience with setting up reports and data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI).
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken (Dutch is a nice-to-have).
