**Role Overview**:
As a Strategy Associate at WeAreOne.World, you will play a key role in translating Tomorrowland’s 2030 corporate strategy into actionable business strategies across our diverse business units and enablers. Reporting directly to the Strategy Manager, you will work independently with selected teams to articulate, implement, and monitor strategic plans. In addition to this core responsibility, you will support a wide range of strategic, commercial, and operational projects, and contribute to strategic business development efforts.

**Responsibilities**:

- **
Strategy design and implementation**:Collaborate with business units and enablers to translate the overarching 2030 corporate strategy into tailored business strategies and implementation roadmaps.
- ** Strategic Projects**:Support and lead ad-hoc strategic, commercial, and operational projects across the Tomorrowland ecosystem.
- ** Strategic Business Development**:

- Support internal teams in building business plans through both financial modelling and strategic reasoning
- Evaluate external business opportunities through business plan assessment and due diligence
- Contribute to (financial) deal structuring in close collaboration with legal advisors and business teams
- ** Insight Generation**:Conduct market research and analysis to inform strategic decision-making and identify growth opportunities.

**What we’re looking for**:

- 2-4 years of experience in strategy consulting or corporate strategy.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Experience with strategic planning, financial modeling, and business case development.
- Familiarity with deal structuring and investment processes is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across teams.
- A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for entertainment.
- Fluency in Dutch and English is required; additional languages are a plus
