What does the job entail
- Together with your client you will look for the most efficient way to set up their internal processes. Some examples of these projects are;
- Acceptance process of Non-Life products
- Optimization of Claim handling
- Setting up/improving data capture and ensuring data availability
- Setting up automated process mining
- You are in direct contact with the business, IT and management at your client.
- You present your findings and improvement proposals to management and obtain buy-in to implement changes.
- You collaborate with technical implementation partners.
- You guide and support our junior colleagues and actively contribute to the growth of our competence center.
- You stay up to date on technological developments and trends within Banking and Insurance.
- You will help us to further develop our Banking and Insurance knowledge and to establish the Trilations team and the Trilations service as the reference within the Belgian market.
What we expect
- You have more than 5 years of experience in a banking/Insurance Consultancy role.
- You have a proven ability to analyze and improve processes.
- You can collaborate with, provide technical support to and train both users and colleagues.
- You are interested in BI tools (Power BI, QlikView, SAP BI), hands-on experience would definitely be a plus.
- You know how to clearly document processes.
- You closely follow technical innovation and trends in Banking and Insurance.
- You are a born communicator, across all function levels. If you can do this in Dutch, English and French, that would be a great plus.
- You want to be part of and help grow a team of colleagues with a passion for Banking and Insurance.
