**The team you'll be part of**

The pandemic has highlighted how important telecoms networks are to society. Nokia’s Network Infrastructure group is at the heart of a revolution to bring more and faster network capacity to people worldwide through our ambition, innovation, and technical expertise.

Fixed Networks, being part of the Network Infrastructure group, is supplying Fixed Access technologies based on copper, fiber and wireless access.

Hardware supply chain plays a crucial role in delivering this hardware in a timely matter to our customers.

As part of the Broadband Networks focus supply chain team your main responsibility will be the introduction of hardware changes at our suppliers. All this without disrupting the supply of the hardware to our customers.

**What you will learn and contribute to**

As part of our team, you will be the Supply Chain representative for all activities related to the introduction of product changes at the supplier(s). This includes (not exhaustive list):

- Defining how changes can be introduced in production (as Supply Chain member of the Change Screening Board, CSB)
- Aligning with the other disciplines (R&D, Quality, Procurement, Product Management) on how to introduce product changes to solve product and/or production issues (as Supply Chain member of the Maintenance Project Core Team, PCT)
- Communication and follow-up of correct implementation of product changes at supplier(s) during the lifecycle of the product
- Settings up a supply chain plan of product changes in line with the revenue targets of the Business Unit or in line with the agreed customer delivery commitments
- Ensuring compliance to defined targets of quality and manufacturing yield. Align or escalate to management if targets are endangered
- Supporting R&D and Procurement with the validation of new component sources on products
- Timely setting-up of a new supplier (i.e. transfer existing production to a new supplier), if this is needed because of geo-political, capacity, or any other risk mitigation reason.

**Your skills and experience**

You have:

- Good analytic and organizational skills
- The ability to work independently
- The ability to keep the focus on quality and long term goals under pressure of other disciplines

It would be nice if you also had:

- Experience in Supply Chain
- Some technical knowledge of the products being made by the Fixed Networks, Broadband Networks Business Unit. (Or interested in gaining this knowledge)
