In an ambitious growth strategy we are now looking for a **Planning, Ordering & Distribution **(POD) **Manager **to join the Polestar Belgium team.

**Let us describe the challenge we offer**

Reporting to the Head of Operations you will cover sales forecasting, order tracking, delivery planning, registrations as well as the various internal fleets. You will focus the OTD strategy to ensure that foremost the Polestar customers are delivered their cars in an efficient and premium manner. It will require someone who can manage multiple high-level stakeholders, both internal and external as POD is integral to the success of Polestar Belgium. You will possess a positive, ‘can-do’ attitude, excellent time management and the ability to balance multiple tasks, and switch priority / focus as needed.

**What you’ll do**

The core responsibilities include

• Ensure that all cars within Belgium market are delivered on time and in a Polestar way
• Monitoring and report on order bank, creating forecasting models and subsequent targets
• Review and manage third party logistics providers
• Placing stock orders, reporting on stock situation, and managing order matching
• Departmental KPI/Scorecard reporting
• Ensuring data within the factory order system (VISTA) is accurate and supports dashboard reports, highlighting any discrepancies between systems to central teams.
• Troubleshooting any problems within the OTD (Order To Delivery) journey and escalating where necessary.
• Investigate and follow up on process gaps and highlight opportunities for improvement
• Planning and overseeing requirements for the registration of vehicles
• Supporting the Head of Operations & MD in developing the market/OTD strategy in Belgium
• Managing & coaching of 2 teammembers who are assisting in the order and hand-over processes.

**You and your skills**

To be successful in this role you have/are

• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role. Experience in automotive is a plus.
• Excellent oral and written communication in English
• A valid driver’s license
• Excellent knowledge of Excel
