**Marketing**:
The intern will assist the Customer Engagement Manager in all tasks related to customer activation and engagement for Le Pain Quotidien in its headquarter in Brussels (managing customer relations for Belgium, France and other European countries).

The scope of the function will include the following missions: preparation and measurement of marketing campaigns, management of questions from our members (customer care), follow up and reporting of Google reviews, preparing together with creative studio offline and digital marketing assets, analytics linked to behavior of our clients and members, follow up of the loyalty program (database, assets,..), campaigns set up addressed to influencers and ambassadors of our brand.

This internship implies a close collaboration with main internal stakeholders, marketing team, IT, and operational teams in restaurants, as well as collaboration with external agencies.

Localization : Tour et Taxis, Brussels
On site (telework possibility 1 or 2 days a week)
Duration: ideally 6 months full time (min 3 days a week + min 2 months)
