**Working as a junior Project Manager**:
As a Project Manager you will be responsible for the day-to-day direction of the project with the goal of delivering the project within time, budget, and scope. This responsibility encompasses (among other things) the administrative support, planning of resources, tasks, keeping track of the progress of the project and taking the necessary corrective measures whenever needed. You are able to handle projects within organizations that are structured with strict processes defined.

You will:

- Initiate the project validating the scope, the key players and their roles and responsibilities.
- Participate in the internal kick-off with highly involved colleagues such Account Managers, Solutions Team, Architect and the Technical Lead.
- Define a project plan based on the design proposed by the Architect, scoping and timing.
- Organize an external kick-off with the customer.
- Set up and motivate an excellent project team to carry out this plan.
- Provide all means so the project can be carried out properly, considering the scope of the project, the timeline and the proposed budget.
- Follow up the project in running mode as you keep up the pace to deliver the project within time and mitigating risks to deliver the project within scope and budget.
- Ensure the final delivery of the project and the acceptance by the customer.
- Complete outstanding risks, issues and the project closure procedure.
- Report to the Team Lead Project Management.

**What we expect of you**:

- You have a bachelor degree or equivalent by experience.
- Preferably you already have a first experience as Project Manager.
- Stress resistance is your second nature. Furthermore you are a strong communicator, solution and customer oriented, accurate and you show initiative.
- A basic understanding of core solutions and technologies is a big plus.
- You speak fluent Dutch and have a good knowledge of English and/or French.
