**Position Overview**:

- Coordinate local activations with (senior brand manager) bottlers, including POS activations & promos, events, experiential, leveraging marketing assets and provide logistic support
- Support the senior brand manager on cross-functional initiatives, work assignments and tasks that align to brand priorities

**Function Related Activities/Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare reports / presentations as needed (e.g. monthly performance reports)
- Keep external focus by seeking inspiration during field sales visits in multiple environments
- Participate in the roll-out and follow up of sampling/ experiential activations

**Education Requirements**:

- We are looking for an enthusiastic marketing intern who is currently following academic education (3rd or 4th year) in Business administration, Marketing or communication.
- Fluently in Dutch OR French and English

**Related Work Experience**:
Experience in marketing activations and event organizations is a plus

**Functional Skills**:

- Good project management skills, able to coordinate multiple projects at the same time and deliver high quality on time while being strongly solution minded & creative to solve hick ups that occur during projects
- Ability to adapt to changing environment and cross correct in due time, scenario planning thinking. Ability to coordinate full details (calendars, resources, metrics) of local activation with bottlers.
- Ability to understand and leverage business, finance and commercial insights.
- strong communication skills
