We are looking for a servicedesk collaborator for our customers.

You will receive a training by our customer in order to expend your knowledge and adapt it to our customer’s environment.

**What are your tasks ?**:

- 1st line support for the end customers of the enterprise
- Analysing of the problems in order to assure the continuity of the end users in their different tasks
- On site support for end users
- Software & Hardware support
- Administrative tasks : creation / deletion / modification of user profiles
- Referencing different problems in the ticketting system
- Follow-up of the already existing problems
- IT inventory management

**Required profile**:

- Good knowledge in IT / High school studies
- Social, friendly person, able to work in team
- Good knowledge of English
- French and Dutch required
- ITIL is an asset
- Knowledge of Active Directoy is an asset

**Our offer**:
A limited-term contract of three months with as result a permanent position.
