**Finance Consultant met een passie voor digitalisatie.**

Hou je ervan om bedrijven en ondernemers bij te staan in de uitbouw van hun Finance afdeling? Heb je ervaring in Audit, Controlling of Accountancy, maar met een sterke interesse in digitale oplossingen? Dan is deze vacature mogelijks iets voor jou

Voor het kantoor AccountingTeam te Kontich zijn we namelijk op zoek naar een nieuwe collega. Je komt terecht in een jong en flexibel team, bestaande uit collega’s met verschillende achtergronden (Finance, IT, Project Management) waarmee je verder de business line kan uitbouwen.

**Wat mag je van de job verwachten?**

Hoe jouw toekomstige werkweek er uit zal zien als Finance consultant? Wel, dat is moeilijk te zeggen Elke dag zal er namelijk anders uitzien, afhankelijk van de periode van het jaar, de lopende projecten, de wensen en vragen van je klanten,
- Als Finance Consultant zullen onder andere volgende projecten je pad kruisen:

- Je wordt betrokken in elke fase van het project, van sales tot oplevering.
- Je geeft klanten een diepgaand inzicht in hun resultaten door financiële en operationele rapporteringen op maat op te zetten in reporting
- en BI tools.
- Je definieert de juiste business KPI’s en metrics en helpt de klanten om zo de juiste strategische beslissingen te nemen.
- Je voert recurrente opdrachten uit als CFO of controller van de klant (reporting naar stakeholders, (cash) forecasting, consolidatie, kostprijscalculatie, opmaak financiële plannen)
- Je voert due diligences en financiële analyses uit.
- Je licht de financiële en administratieve processen door en stelt een verbeteringstraject op. Hiervoor werk je nauw samen met je collega’s van Team “Digitalisatie”.
- Je vertaalt de noden van de klant naar externe dienstverleners.
- Project Management: opmaken van projectplannen en opvolging van de projecten (opmaken timing, bugettering, roadmap, )
- Training en opleiding van key medewerkers bij de klant.

Je komt terecht in een jong en klein team, waarin je de kans krijgt om volop mee je schouders te zetten onder de strategie en de groei van de business line.

**Wie zoeken we?**
- Je hebt een bachelor of master in een economische richting.
- Je hebt minstens 3 jaar ervaring in een Financiële Audit, Controlling of Accountancy functie.
- Je hebt een commerciële mindset en bent ondernemend ingesteld.
- Ervaring in BI-, reporting
- of consolidatiepakketten is een grote troef.
- Klanten helpen groeien is jouw passie.
- Je bent creatief, maar met oog voor details.
- Je volgt continu nieuwe ontwikkelingen en technologieën op.
- Je bent een goede communicator naar collega’s en klanten.
- Klantvriendelijkheid & discretie zijn voor jou vanzelfsprekend.
