**Change Manager medior****:
For one of our clients based in Antwerp, TORMANS is looking for a Change Manager Medior.

Under supervision of the change lead and program manager, you will coordinate and execute the rollout of a new SAP system within Purchasing & Transportation department and the different business units. We're looking for someone who is pragmatic, optimistic and loves to take initiative

**Dit zijn je **voornaamste taken**:
1. Manage and activate stakeholders (mainly in USA, CANADA & ASIA) - 20%
- Keep stakeholder mapping & attendees lists up to date
- Weekly check-ins with Local SPOCS (relationship building + answer any questions + inform them on upcoming activities & actions they need to take)
- First-line in answering questions from our stakeholders
- Monitor go-live readiness of user community + implement corrective actions
2. Organize, plan and/or execute all change activities - 60%
- Alignment meetings
- Follow-up of detailed OCM planning
- Follow-up and execute all activities planned, e.g. organize informative webinars, send out communications, etc
- Training coordination (input gather, planning, organization, follow-up of all sessions, follow-up with trainers,...)
- Train-the-Trainer support (guide super users & Local SPOCS in preparing and delivering the r training to end users)
- Create communication material
3. People management - 20%
- Guide, coordinate and support more junior colleague on a variety of operational tasks, such as follow-up of training plan

**Dit zijn **must-haves** voor deze job**:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in change & project management domain
- Master's degree (economics, sciences,...) or equivalent by experience
- Proven experience with train-the-trainer and as trainer coordinator
- Very strong organizational and administrative skills, combined with strong eye for detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Performance and result oriented, internal customer oriented, strives for continuous improvement
- Strong project and risk management skills
- Exemplary behavior towards ethics and integrity
- Experience working for a large, diverse multinational
- Pragmatic, hands-on, get things done
- At least 3-4 days onsite (Hoboken)
Nice to have
- Substantial professional experience in (indirect) procurement or supply chain is nice to have
- ADKAR experience / certification
