**As an Operations Supervisor/Technical Operations Supervisor/Accounts Operations Supervisor, you will**:

- Lead the support team by delegating duties, assigning tasks, and following up with all team members
- Creates and maintains a high-quality work environment so team members are motivated to perform at their highest level.
- Handle complaints, determine the root cause and ensure that they are resolved in a professional manner
- Maintain a high level of customer care performance in the team ensuring full implementation of policies and procedures and best working practices
- Responsible for monitoring, on the job training and development of new employees Provide performance results and coaching feedback on a regular basis.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience Operations Supervisor/ Technical Operations Supervisor /Accounts Operations Supervisor in department.
- At least 2 years of experience at a Customer Service position, as a team supervisor or similar supervisory position, in a banking environment.
- Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities; Attention to detail.
- Strong analytical & problem-solving skills.
- Excellent use of Dutch or French and English
- Be highly organized and have great teamwork skills;

**Desirable**:

- Customer service experience gained from working within a Banking, Payments Issuing / Acquiring or other regulated industry.
- The ability to communicate in an additional EU language such as French, German or Dutch at C1, C2 level or above would be considered a plus
