**More specifically**:

- You manage the end-to-end bid process in different regions (whether or not in response to an RFP);
- You manage inputs from key internal stakeholders, engaging with Sales/Development, Operations, Procurement, Finance, Legal etc;
- You write and execute plans to implement a winning strategy;
- From the customer RFQ, you are able to identify, understand and summarize the requirements, the guidelines and the awarding criteria;
- You are able to challenge existing solutions/suppliers and find alternatives;
- You understand and resolve complex technical, contractual and business issues in collaboration with the other departments;
- You prepare and review the commercial aspects of the bid;
- You write and coordinate the content and presentation of the proposal;
- You ensure on-time submission of compliant and commercially sound bids;
- You drive continuous improvement through post-bid reviews, both internally and with customers;
- You work from our office in the Ghent area and you report on a weekly basis to the Sales Director.

**Profil**:

- You hold minimum a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Sales with a strong technical background or an Engineering degree with strong sales skills;
- You are fluent in English and French or Dutch (ideally English, French and Dutch), both spoken and written;
- You communicate well with all stakeholders and show strong influencing skills, you build relationships on all levels;
- You are excellent at planning and organizing (taking budget and time constraints into account);
- You show initiative and problem solving skills;
- You have strong financial and numeracy skills;
- You have experience in delivering client-focused solutions;
- You are proficient in MS Office (Excel) and IT systems.
