**Your role**

**Your responsibilities**
- Deliver Salesforce project from start to finish (strategic analysis, business analysis, implementation, rollout, maintenance)
- Lead workshops to understand business requirements and translate them into requirements
- Configure the platform
- Train users and participate in Change Management activities
- All-in-all, get an active role in the digital transformation of our clients

**Your experience**
- A strong IT/business affinity or background
- Very good communication skills (written and oral)
- Fluent in English and French and/or Dutch

**Nice-to-have**
- Salesforce certification or experience
- Experience in IT and/or Digital tools configuration
- Experience in Business Analysis
- Experience working with Agile methodology
