**Your Role**

As **Operations Supervisor**, you will oversee daily operations at our N2O plants, UHP lines, storage and loading areas, and site utilities. You’ll ensure everything runs safely, reliably, and efficiently, in line with our high standards and applicable regulations.

You’ll work closely with the Meise Site Manager and act as their deputy when needed. You’ll lead a team of operators and coordinate maintenance, quality, and safety activities across the site.

After the first months of training and working with the plant team, you will act as the operations supervisor for the N2O activities, and start growing towards the position of the plant manager.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead daily operations of 5 N2O plants, 2 UHP lines, and supporting infrastructure.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
- Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance with internal teams and external contractors.
- Actively contribute to incident investigations, risk management, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with supply chain on production planning and raw material logistics.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators and plant efficiency.
- Support audits and ensure compliance with permits and legal requirements.
- Supervise a team of 11 shift operators, 1 team leader, and loading operators.

**What You Bring**
- A technical degree (BSc/MSc) in engineering (e.g., chemical, mechanical, or process engineering).
- Several years of experience in an industrial production environment.
- Experience leading a 24/7 shift team is a plus.
- Strong focus on safety, quality, and compliance.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills in both Dutch and English.
