Client Manager for Brussels

Halian is a fast growing IT service company based in Brussels. As a Client Manager, you will be responsible for all sales activities in assigned and new accounts.This is a multi-skilled job, where your experience and professionalism will drive results with customers.
Your Responsibilities
- Present and sell company services to current and new clients
- Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and to project the number of contacts to be made
- Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity at existing and new customers
- Proactively identify and contact sales prospects to create new business opportunities
- Prepare presentations, proposals and sales contracts
- Develop and maintain sales materials and current services knowledge
- Manage account services through quality checks and other follow-up
- Identify and resolve client concerns: seek for the best solution with the client or prospect
- Update pipeline and CRM tools on a regular and accurate way
- Provide regular two-way communication between the client and Halian team to create/maintain client satisfaction
- Communicate new service opportunities, special developments, information, or feedback gathered through field activity to appropriate company staff
- Coordinate company staff to accomplish the work required to close sales
- Participate in marketing events such as seminars, trade shows, and telemarketing events
- Coordinate assignment schedules and delivery of services
Your Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent
- Languages: You speak French and English fluently, Dutch is a strong asset.
- In depth knowledge of the local IT Service market. This is normally acquired through 3 to 5 years of IT service sales experience in combination with a strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements
- Ability to persuade and influence others
- Ability to develop and deliver presentations
- Ability to create, compose and edit written materials.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Knowledge of advertising and sales promotion techniques
- Visibility requires maintaining a professional appearance and providing a positive company image to the public
- Work requires willingness to work within a flexible schedule
