**The Role**

To do so, we are looking for a Hydrogen Task Force Agent - Operations.

In this exciting role, you:

- Are responsible for the entire procurement process of prototype material and you make sure that all parts are delivered on time
- Perform the reception of ordered components and you assess their quality through inspections, measurements, and dedicated testing
- Carry-out technical and commercial communications with prototype suppliers (this includes RFIs, RFQs, orders’ follow-up, discussions on quality, lead times, prices,)
- Maintain continuous alignment with the Airtec sourcing department, in order to agree on serial production strategy, planning and execution
- Keep the overview of all sourcing activities within the task force
- Guarantee optimal management of systems and databases (Mediusflow, BPCS, PowerBi, Sharepoint)
- Are involved in the entire production development process

In this position you will report to the Hydrogen Task Force Leader.

**Experience requirements**:
You have a very good knowledge of English. An additional language is considered as a plus.
