**Main tasks**:
- Configure, customize, test and deploy SAP SuccessFactors modules, including forms, workflows, rules and reports, using best coding standards and target architecture.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing timely support to end-users.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration between SuccessFactors and other HR systems
- Provide technical expertise and mentorship to Business stakeholders on standard processes, system functionality to maximize the effective use of the suite
**Professional experience**:
- Minimum 4 years of professional experience developing, configuring, and supporting SAP SuccessFactors suite;
- Certified as SuccessFactors Professional or Associate desirable.
**Technical expertise**:
- Experience with Configuration, Administration and Support of HMX modules, with at least two full development project lifecycles
- Specialization in some of the following modules: Employee Central, Time Off and Management, Recruiting, Performance and Goals Management, Succession & Development, People/Workforce Analytics & Reporting tools.
- Experience in configuring, Foundation Objects, MDF, workflows, RBP, pick-lists, reports
- Experience with integration of SuccessFactors with other on[1]prem or cloud systems (HCM, BizX, ect.)
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
