**Your Impact**:
As SAP Practice Manager, you will be part of our ambitious management team and leader within your business area SAP ERP Logistics. As Practice Manager, you have a clear vision on SAP implementations and you have the ability to convert these into strategic steps for your team. You put your shoulders to the wheel to further develop our practice in various areas: project based, strategic, FTE growth and employee involvement.

You will get a team under your wings that currently consists of about 20 SAP Logistics Consultants that are working at various clients. You get your energy from mentoring, training, coaching and mapping out career paths for your team of SAP consultants. Besides your work as Practice Manager, you will also be active as an SAP Consultant within your domain of expertise. The quality of the work you deliver is of the utmost importance to you, and you put customer service and
professionalism first in the realizations of your projects.

**This is you**:
You have a bachelor or master with at least 10 years of experience. The position is also open to high potentials who want to take the next step after 7 years of experience.Your people management skills are on point, you get your energy from coaching other colleagues of your teamYou have experience with both presales projects and implementations of SAP projects.You have experience with S4 migrations and/or green field implementations; knowledge of SAP PCE and S/4 public cloud is considered a plus.Relevant SAP certificates, or additional logístical training are considered a plus.You have experience with the configuration of one or more of these SAP modules:
SD, MM, EWM/WM, PS, PM, PP, QM, IBP.You are flexible, motivated, innovative and positive.You are strong in analytical and conceptual thinking.You are communicatively and commercially strong in Dutch and English, French is considered a plus.
