**Key responsibilities**:
**1. Coordination of Digital Communications**:
- Based on the yearly strategy, plan, execute, and evaluate digital communications across multiple channels, including the MedTech Europe website, social media platforms, and newsletters.
- Oversee content creation and scheduling to ensure consistent and impactful messaging.
- Analyse and report on the quantitative and qualitative performance of digital communications, using dedicated metrics to optimise future strategies.
- Conduct media scanning to monitor relevant social media activity and other online platforms and provide rapid alerts whenever necessary.
**2. Coordination of communications projects**:
- Provide communications support for department-led events, ensuring the target audience is reached and all messaging is aligned with the organisation’s communication guidelines.
- Offer guidance and support to Sector Groups to ensure their digital communication plans align with the overall digital communications strategy of MedTech Europe and execute their implementation.
**3. Member Relations**:
- Coordinate the relation with the Communications Committee (composed of member representatives): i.e. draft agenda setting, organisation of regular meetings, oral updates on your projects, integration of member feedback, taking minutes
**Required qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of proven experience in digital communications, media monitoring, and project coordination.
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Proficiency in using digital communication tools and platforms (e.g., WordPress, MailChimp, social media management tools).
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) for creating and editing visual content.
- Soft skills: excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, willingness to learn, eye for details, team player, proactivity.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with members and stakeholders.
- Good understanding of the European Union functioning and its key stakeholders.
- Knowledge of healthcare and medical technology sector is a plus.
- Fluency in English
- Eligible to work in Belgium
