**Key responsibilities**:
As a confirmed Citrix Netscaler Specialist, you will take part in supporting and building high-quality Citrix environments, with a focus on Citrix networking products and automation using Cloud Native Services.

Taking part in our Citrix Managed Services team, you will handle customer onboarding and act as a Specific Person Of Contact for them, respond to proactive alerts, optimize our custom cloud-native managed services tooling, and - last but not least - work with a dedicated team in Belgium & Bulgaria. The Managed Service team delivers Citrix NetScaler support and consulting services across Europe, we would like to extend our team and be able to better serve our customers in France and in Belgium.

The position is available in our offices, in Belgium, France or Luxembourg.

**The must-have skills we need in our new colleague**:

- Ideally at least 4+ years of professional experience in System/Network Engineering with a basic networking knowledge (routing, switching, 7-layer model )
- You’re comfortable with Enterprise computing at large (Hypervisor, Storage, Networking, Firewall, Microsoft Active Directory, Databases, Web servers, etc.)
- Authentication protocols have no secrets for you (HTTP/HTTPS/SSL/SAML/OpenID)
- You’re “Citrix-perienced”: whether with networking products (ADC/Netscaler, SD-WAN, Gateway) or workspace (Virtual Apps/Desktop (formerly XenApp/XenDesktop)
- Project management methods or tools are always a plus (JIRA or similar)
- You speak good English & French.
- You will be our gold nugget if, on top of that, you bring to the table Azure or AWS cloud services knowledge, experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), or Linux expertise
