**Marketing & Commercial Support Intern**

We are looking for a **Marketing & Commercial Support Intern** to join our team in Zeebrugge and support our European Growth Manager (EGM) with a variety of exciting tasks.

**Responsibilities**

As an intern, you will play a key role in supporting both marketing and commercial activities.

Your main tasks will include:

- **Digital Asset Management**:

- Gather and update digital assets (e.g., pack shots, product visuals, marketing materials).
- Refresh online retailer content to ensure brand consistency.
- Create a standardized 'brand bank' to share with distributors and retailers.
- **Digital Shelf Analysis**:

- Identify gaps and opportunities.
- **Visual Asset Support**:

- Audit visuals used by Quick Service Restaurants (e.g., McDonald's across Europe) to ensure they are up-to-date.
- **Product Labeling**:

- Assist in developing new product labels.
- Coordinate with design agencies and distributors and attend Teams meetings related to label creation.
- **Marketing Campaigns & POS Tools**:

- Collaborate with the marketing team in the Netherlands to develop point-of-sale tools and follow up on online campaigns.
- **Social Media & Influencer Marketing**:

- Help create a TikTok account to enhance Tropicana's social media presence.
- Research and connect with influencers who align with Tropicana’s brand values.
- **Sample Coordination & Presentations**:

- Organize sample shipments to distribution partners.
- Create professional PowerPoint presentations, ensuring accurate branding and logo use.

**What We’re Looking For**

We’re searching for someone who is:

- **Energetic and enthusiastic**, with a passion for marketing and creativity.
- Comfortable managing multiple tasks and switching between them seamlessly.
- A strong communicator, fluent in English, Dutch (French is a plus).
- Detail-oriented and organized, with proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel).
- Social media-savvy, with familiarity in platforms like TikTok being a bonus.
