Internship: Recruitment and HRbp Support

**Mission**
Ever wondered what it’s like to be work in HR? This internship is an opportunity for you to get introduced to the various HR activities in an international company. You will join a dynamic team and discover a nice work atmosphere. You will mainly work on project related to our site in Lummen and will be given real responsibilities.
Depending of the projects/period of your internship, this is a list of tasks you would be involved in:
- Publish job offers on websites and check the publications
- Collaborate on building long-term relations with schools and universities
- Direct search on LinkedIn
- Schedule interviews
- Collaborate on reports in Excel of the recruitment activities
- Put CVs in our database
- Help with the organization of jobdays
- Optimize our onboarding process
- Support the HRBP of Lummen
- Support on the set up of training programs
**Profile**
- Currently studying in HR, Law, Psychology, Management, Communications or a similar study program
- Motivated and willing to learn
- Communicative
- Trustworthy and reliable
- Fluently in Dutch and a good knowledge of English

- Duration of the internship : Minimum 3 months
