**CANDIDATE BRIEF**

**Your key responsibilities will include**:

- **Manage a personal portfolio of accounts**, including key clients, and build strong, long-lasting relationships, encouraging regular engagement.
- **Own the entire customer journey** from onboarding to renewals and expansion - act as a trusted advisor, driving retention and growth within your account base.
- **Understand individual business goals** and consult on how best to achieve them.
- **Develop relationships across all levels** of your clients’ organisations, from decision-makers to day-to-day users.
- **Share product knowledge confidently**, offering best practices, training, and demos to maximise customer success.
- **Act as the voice** of the customer internally, ensuring their needs and feedback are clearly communicated to product and engineering teams.
- **Collaborate cross-functionally** to continuously improve the customer experience and scale success strategies.
- **Proactively track customer health**, identify **risks** and **opportunities**, and communicate **insights**

**SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**
- **4+ years of hands-on customer success experience** in a **B2B** **SaaS**:

- Familiar with **all aspects of the customer** **journey** within SaaS.
- **Fluent English** speaking is essential, Fluent Dutch would be advantageous.
- Able to **manage your time and projects** independently and proactively.
- **Confident and self-driven**, with the ability to naturally **engage with customers** & colleagues at all levels.
- **Problem solver** with a **curious mindset**, creatively looking for solutions to every challenge, with an **interest in analytics** and a love for data.
- Able to travel to our **client’s HQ in Leuven, Belgium** on a regular basis.
